SAUCEPAN BROWNIES

Years ago we were given this recipe by Candy Flitton. I can't tell you how many times I have used and shared this recipe. These brownies are super moist and go great with ice cream and berries.

SAUCEPAN BROWNIES
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
In a saucepan combine butter, cocoa and sugar. Beat eggs separate. When butter is melted, add eggs. Add baking powder, salt and vanilla. Pull off stove and add flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in an 11x13 pan.
