BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN

BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
  • 2 cup crushed Ritz crackers                                              
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese                                               
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt                                                                   
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Pat dry chicken breasts.  Combine crackers, cheese, and salts.  Coat each piece with plain yogurt, then coat each piece in crumb mixture.  Arrange in buttered 9x13 baking dish.  Drizzle with butter, if desired.  Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
